Job Overview

As a vital member of the store's management team, the Team Leader collaborates closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to direct the daily activities of the retail location.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead store associates, offering guidance and assistance.
• Manage store merchandising efforts, including stocking shelves and processing shipments.
• Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently achieved.
• Handle manager-on-duty responsibilities such as managing breaks, and monitoring time and attendance.
• Execute and uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Promptly resolve customer complaints and address any service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols within the store environment.
• Perform cash handling, opening, and closing duties as required.
• Contribute to inventory management and support employee training initiatives.
• Follow up on delegated tasks and assist with recruitment and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working in retail.
• Between one to two years in a supervisory capacity.
• A strong drive to advance within the organization.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent leadership capabilities and effective communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced retail setting.
