Job Overview
We seek an energetic and customer-oriented Multiplex Service Associate to deliver an outstanding movie-going experience. This position welcomes freshers and provides full on-the-job training to prepare you for diverse responsibilities within the multiplex setting.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily multiplex operations including ticket sales at the box office.
- Operate food and beverage concession stands to serve customers.
- Guide and assist auditorium attendees as an usher to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and an inviting environment in public spaces within the multiplex.
Working Hours and Conditions
Applicants should be willing to work rotational shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and late nights up to 2:00 AM. Weekend shifts are mandatory, with one weekday off scheduled each week.

Compensation and Benefits
