About the Role

We are looking for a customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team stationed at a busy shopping mall. This position serves as the primary point of contact at the customer service desk, assisting visitors with directions to stores, sharing information about ongoing promotions, handling lost and found inquiries, and responding to various general questions.

Job Environment and Schedule

The role demands an engaging and approachable demeanor, along with excellent verbal communication skills to ensure visitors have a pleasant experience. Due to high footfall during weekends, working on Saturdays and Sundays is compulsory, with an alternative weekday off provided. The job requires comfort with being on your feet and moving around during busy periods.
