Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Inspire and support your colleagues by applying our Leadership and Company Principles.
- Efficiently resolve issues and delegate responsibilities to your team members.
- Foster a workplace culture where team members can excel together.
- Oversee store operations and manage staff in the absence of both the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
- Ensure smooth shift functionality by managing product freshness, cash handling, inventory, and stock control.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every visit.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a busy, fast-paced retail or similar environment, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong ability to delegate effectively and motivate a team.
- Patience, a friendly demeanor, and capacity to remain composed under pressure.

An enhanced hourly wage of £2.00 extra applies for bank holiday shifts, and night shifts are paid an additional £3.50 per hour.
