Responsibilities

• Inspire and support your colleagues by applying our Leadership and Company Principles.
• Efficiently resolve issues and delegate responsibilities to your team members.

• Oversee store operations and manage staff in the absence of both the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Ensure smooth shift functionality by managing product freshness, cash handling, inventory, and stock control.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience during every visit.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a busy, fast-paced retail or similar environment, meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong ability to delegate effectively and motivate a team.
• Patience, a friendly demeanor, and capacity to remain composed under pressure.
• A passion for contributing positively as an integral member of the store team.
• A proactive and supportive attitude towards colleague development and smooth store operations.

Additional Information

An enhanced hourly wage of £2.00 extra applies for bank holiday shifts, and night shifts are paid an additional £3.50 per hour.
