About the Role

The Good Food Cafe is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Captain to lead and elevate service quality while ensuring excellent hygiene standards and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising cleaning staff and maintaining high operational standards in a busy dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead service teams by setting and enhancing service benchmarks and hygiene practices.
• Welcome guests warmly, accurately take orders, and promptly resolve any customer concerns to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
• Manage and fulfill guest orders efficiently and with accuracy.
• Oversee seating arrangements to maximize table utilization and timely service.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to coordinate seamless service delivery.
• Provide coaching and guidance to junior staff to help develop their skills and expertise.
• Drive sales by promoting special offers, suggesting menu items, and contributing towards reaching revenue goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols for the welfare of guests and team members.
• Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Support administrative functions including reporting, inventory tracking, and record keeping.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary ranging from 20000 to 29000 INR.
