Role Overview

This casual Registered Nurse position offers flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends, allowing you to pick shifts that align with your availability. Each day on the job will present unique challenges and opportunities, but you will find meaningful fulfillment from positively impacting residents’ lives alongside a supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Caregivers to ensure delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor resident care plans.
• Conduct clinical assessments and evaluations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and general practitioners.
• Provide support to Clinical Services and Care Home Management to promote service excellence.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Registered Nurse qualification with previous experience, locally or internationally.
• Possession of a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Authentic passion for helping others coupled with a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Capability to collaborate effectively and empathetically within a team environment.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and adherence to health and safety practices.
