• Strictly follow food safety, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain standards including temperature monitoring, proper handling, and compliance with expiration dates.
• Stock and downstock inventory as necessary, apply product protection, and set up displays such as modulars and shelf caps to ensure continuous availability.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies to maintain a clean and secure work environment.
• Remain flexible with work schedules, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs.

Challenges

• Manage a heavy workload during fast-paced shifts, including overnight hours while maintaining energy and focus.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting items up to 20 lbs. regularly, and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
