As a Personal Shopper with Atlantic Superstore, you will play a key role in delivering personalized e-commerce shopping experiences by efficiently and accurately assembling customer orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer support by answering queries and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Carefully select and gather products as per customer orders ensuring quality standards.
- Accurately scan items and handle customer payment transactions including debit, credit, cash, and gift cards.
- Communicate with customers to verify order details or discuss suitable product substitutions.

Experience and Qualifications

- Flexible availability is essential, including daytime, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be actively mobile throughout the shift.
