Part-Time Call Center Agent

About the Role

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Part-Time Call Center Agents to join their team. This opportunity is exclusively available for Saudi nationals.

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and manage customer inquiries received via telephone, website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email channels.
• Record all customer interactions and potential customer details in the ICABS system accurately.
• Assign new prospects to the respective Sales Consultant at each branch.
• Immediately inform assigned consultants of new leads through email and WhatsApp.
• Ensure all inquiries are followed up on within 24 hours to verify customer site visits, surveys, quotations, or sales conversions.
• Report any delays or missed follow-ups to the Branch Manager and Area Sales Manager promptly.
• Maintain precise records while delivering excellent customer service consistently.

Work Schedule and Model

The position requires 4 working hours daily over 6 days per week, using split shifts. The work arrangement is hybrid, combining office presence and remote tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability in communication and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Basic computer literacy coupled with attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• University students, recent graduates, or individuals interested in a flexible part-time role are welcomed to apply.
