Role Overview

As the Managing Director, you will balance your personal client engagements while spearheading the development and management of a team of skilled financial advisors aiming to elevate their professional practices. Your responsibilities include recruiting, mentoring, shaping a culture of high performance, and guiding the firm’s future growth trajectory.

Requirements

• At least three years of successful financial services experience with a growing client portfolio.
• Active Life and Health License is mandatory.
• Possession of FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses is preferable; sponsorship and assistance are available if these are not yet held.
• Proven achievements in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and cultivating high-performing teams.
• Business-oriented with a strategic and long-term growth mindset.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
