About the Role

WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for an accomplished financial advisor to step into a strategic Managing Director role. This position is ideal for a professional who has successfully grown a personal advisory practice and is now seeking leadership opportunities focused on personal advancement as well as team growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experienced financial advisors aiming to enhance their practices.
• Continue managing your own client portfolio while recruiting and mentoring colleagues.
• Create and nurture a high-performance culture within the firm.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and sustainable growth of the organization.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of financial services experience with a proven track record of growing a personal advisory practice.
• Must hold an active Life and Health insurance license.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses are preferred; sponsorship and support are available for candidates without these licenses.
• Proven achievements in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management.
• Strong leadership qualities with enthusiasm for mentoring and building effective teams.
• Business-oriented mindset with a commitment to long-term organizational growth.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is mandatory.
