Junior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary Digital & Development team to deliver superior web experiences for various online products.
• Develop and execute robust testing strategies to identify risks and improve the overall quality of deliverables.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical specifications and business needs.
• Engage in continuous improvement of quality assurance processes.
• Take ownership of assigned products, features, or specific technical domains.

Required Skills and Experience

• Hold an IT degree, have completed an IT bootcamp, or have recently transitioned into technology, seeking a first professional role in QA.
• Experience or exposure as a Junior QA Engineer is desirable.
• Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of accessibility testing and digital inclusion standards.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver or similar frameworks.
• Keen ability to identify automation opportunities that improve quality and efficiency.
