Overview

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Emirati Graduate Engineer to join its nuclear business based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role provides an exciting opportunity for recent graduates interested in gaining experience in nuclear energy, conventional and clean energy technologies, engineering consultancy, project execution, and technical advisory services. The position offers structured training and professional growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist engineering and project teams in delivering nuclear, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, designs, and specifications.
• Take part in engineering studies, feasibility analyses, technical assessments, and design evaluations.
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, risk analysis, and monitoring of performance.
• Ensure projects comply with engineering standards, quality protocols, and safety regulations.
• Support coordination between multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Engage in site visits, inspections, audits, and technical meetings when required.
• Assist with preparation of presentations, progress updates, and client deliverables.
• Analyze engineering data to identify improvements and support operational excellence.
• Develop knowledge of nuclear safety culture, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Participate in graduate development programs, mentorship, and technical training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong academic performance with enthusiasm for the energy sector.
• Exhibits effective communication and presentation capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Possesses strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
