Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily finance processes meticulously with a focus on accuracy and detail
• Support financial data preparation, assist in reporting and perform basic financial analysis
• Collaborate with the IT team to coordinate routine IT support activities ensuring seamless business operations
• Provide administrative assistance and help coordinate tasks involving both Finance and IT departments
• Manage scheduling duties including diary management and organizing meetings to optimize time use
• Take precise minutes during meetings and monitor the completion of follow-up actions
• Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and related logistical tasks effectively
• Contribute to various ad hoc finance and IT projects as assigned
• Maintain high levels of organization and dependability to ensure all responsibilities are completed thoroughly
