Overview
This role offers a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant the chance to support the Chief Financial Officer at Cairns Airport. It involves playing a pivotal role in aiding leadership effectiveness, streamlining operations, and contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-level executive and administrative support directly to the CFO.
- Serve as a vital communication link between the CFO, internal departments, and external partners.
- Oversee complex scheduling including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel plans, and communications.
- Organise meetings by preparing agendas, compiling reports, and documenting minutes.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, board materials, and reporting processes.
- Manage expense tracking, corporate credit card reconciliations, and administrative budgeting activities.
- Maintain document control systems and manage SharePoint sites effectively.
- Support various projects, conduct research, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Coordinate corporate, community, and industry event activities.

- Ability to foster strong relationships across various organisational levels.
- Desirable: Qualifications in Business Administration or related fields.
