Overview

This role offers a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant the chance to support the Chief Financial Officer at Cairns Airport. It involves playing a pivotal role in aiding leadership effectiveness, streamlining operations, and contributing to strategic and operational projects across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level executive and administrative support directly to the CFO.
  • Serve as a vital communication link between the CFO, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Oversee complex scheduling including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel plans, and communications.
  • Organise meetings by preparing agendas, compiling reports, and documenting minutes.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, board materials, and reporting processes.
  • Manage expense tracking, corporate credit card reconciliations, and administrative budgeting activities.
  • Maintain document control systems and manage SharePoint sites effectively.
  • Support various projects, conduct research, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
  • Coordinate corporate, community, and industry event activities.
