- Track and govern SLAs and KPIs such as turnaround time, conversion, quality, and compliance; conduct review meetings and push corrective actions with team leads.
- Manage expectations of senior stakeholders, resolve escalations, and ensure clear communication and reporting cadence.
- Promote process standardization, operational improvements, and automation opportunities while maintaining audit readiness and clean tool usage.
- Handle talent-care responsibilities, including associate engagement, assignment supervision, and periodic check-ins after deployment on assignment.
- Assess current and future workforce needs, identify critical skills and competencies, and help close talent gaps.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong hands-on background in US staffing and full-lifecycle recruiting.
- Experience leading people or programs in a delivery-oriented environment.
- Working knowledge of capacity planning, productivity tracking, and SLA/KPI governance.
- Ability to manage leads, review performance, and handle delivery governance.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including client and hiring leadership communication.
- Exposure to US hiring processes and staffing operations.
- Comfort with risk management, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement or automation thinking.
- Must fit the role requirements and fall within the standard compensation range for the position; candidates above the standard bracket may be referred to a delivery or transition lead for approval.
- Basic communication skills are required for written assessment.
- Candidates closer to the target skill level may be kept on hold and reconsidered later depending on the available pipeline and hiring targets.
- Work is onsite in Mumbai, with WFO expectations and US-shift coverage as business needs require.
