Overview
We are seeking an experienced Costing Manager to join our team at Zulekha Hospital in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves comprehensive costing management in a healthcare setting, focusing on various costing methodologies, operational support, and ERP integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product and material costing processes.
- Apply Activity-Based Costing (ABC) methodology effectively.
- Conduct costing analysis for doctors and physicians.
- Handle operational and service costing within the hospital.
- Perform procedure and departmental costing evaluations.
- Allocate costs accurately and analyze profitability.
- Develop and maintain detailed costing models to support decision-making.
- Lead implementation and integration of Oracle ERP costing modules.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Operations teams during Oracle ERP rollout.
- Analyze costing requirements and assist in system configuration.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and operational optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive costing reports and management dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience
- CMA or ICWA certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare costing is preferred to understand sector-specific demands.
- Strong expertise in Oracle ERP systems and their implementation processes is essential.
