Role Overview
We seek a versatile Brand & Marketing Designer who can independently transform briefs or rough ideas into polished, brand-aligned design outputs without extensive art direction. This role involves creating campaign marketing materials following guidance from our marketing lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Design campaign landing pages and web assets optimized for conversion.
- Develop event and marketing collateral such as booth cards, banners, roll-ups, one-pagers, and brochures.
- Produce sales and pitch decks that are coherent, credible, and adhere to brand standards.
- Create social media and digital advertisement creatives across multiple formats and channels.
- Translate technical product features into straightforward visuals including diagrams, explainers, and infographics.
- Prepare print-ready and production-ready files ensuring correct formats, sizes, and safety margins.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of three years' experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
- An impressive portfolio demonstrating strong visual sensitivity, systematic design thinking, and completed campaign projects.
- Proficiency with Figma and adaptability across the broader design toolset.
- Excellent attention to typography, layout composition, and detail precision.
- Ability to incorporate AI tools effectively within the creative workflow.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced setting with changing priorities.
- Capability to work independently based on briefs during two dedicated days per week.
Work Culture and Process
We are a collaborative, remote team operating swiftly. Designers receive clear briefs, timely feedback, and direct communication with stakeholders. Direction and priorities are set by leadership while granting autonomy on creative execution.
Selection involves a portfolio review, followed by a brief call and a small paid test project to evaluate work approach.
Engagement Details
This role is on a retainer basis, requiring commitment for two days weekly, fully remote.
