Position Objective

This role requires maintaining a designated section in an organized, clean, and fully stocked manner, delivering excellent customer service, introducing specialty beverages, and promoting them effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Create requisitions for bar inventory items to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor daily stock levels to prevent product shortages and maintain a clean and orderly beverage area.
• Maintain high personal hygiene and a neat appearance at all times.
• Manage restocking of fridges consistently throughout the day.
• Prepare fresh daily products including juices and decorative elements.
• Serve beverages efficiently during service hours to customers.
• Possess thorough knowledge of specialty drinks such as cocktails.
• Capable of developing a beverage menu to enhance customer offerings.
• Ensure that all utensils are kept spotless and shining constantly.
