Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to partner closely with the Store Manager to achieve store goals and enhance overall performance. This role focuses on effective prioritization, team motivation, and exceeding targets to maximize store success.

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to drive results by prioritizing activities and surpassing set goals.
• Foster a positive, safe, and enjoyable team environment that encourages collaboration.
• Ensure merchandising standards are upheld and surpassed to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Assist in recruitment, coaching, and development to maintain a cohesive and productive team.
• Operate generally as an Associate Store Manager within the store operations.
