Role Overview

As an Accommodation Assistant at Dalata, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of rooms and communal areas according to our high standards. You will collaborate with other departments and have access to comprehensive training and support through the Dalata Academy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain all assigned rooms and common spaces to Dalata’s quality standards.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues requiring attention.
• Assist other departments as needed to support smooth hotel operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Possess a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
