Overview

As a Store Manager at H&M, you will be accountable for accomplishing sales and profitability objectives by developing and executing plans that deliver an outstanding customer experience aligned with Area goals. You will lead and nurture your team through talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance management grounded in results, company values, and leadership standards. Ensuring adherence to legal regulations and H&M policies and procedures is essential to meet expectations of customers and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and act on your store's sales and profit KPIs to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with your team to promote the Hello Member program in line with national targets.
• Ensure the store's presentation and operations consistently comply with H&M standards, assessed through the Customer Audit Tool.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for store staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals, deliver feedback, implement development plans, and take necessary measures to enhance team performance and growth.
• Maintain store operational best practices in accordance with Area guidelines.

Additional Information
