About the Role
The Senior Sales Associate plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service at Lenskart stores. This individual supports the store's revenue objectives by offering expert sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction with all eyewear products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome every walk-in customer and guide them towards the in-store clinic to promote complimentary eye examinations.
- Participate in stocktaking, maintain sales floor presentation, and assist with daily operational tasks to optimize the shopping environment.
- Possess basic knowledge of the Point of Sale (POS) system to handle transactions efficiently.
- Commit to resolving customer concerns diligently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Using information from optometrists and customers, recommend the best product selections and engage customers effectively to boost sales conversion.
- Identify customers’ implicit needs, ask thoughtful questions, and tactfully offer suitable product suggestions.
- Consistently achieve sales targets, eye-test conversions, and manage returns while adhering strictly to standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with customers for product pickups post warehouse communication, verify lens accuracy before delivery, and address reasons for returns with the aim of minimizing them.
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards concerning product displays, frames, instruments, and other equipment.
- Ensure security of store assets, monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or damage.
Work Schedule
The position requires working six days per week with rotational days off and shift patterns based on business needs. There are no night shifts.
Training
Selected candidates must complete a mandatory one-month offline training at a designated Lenskart Academy as part of onboarding.
Eligibility Criteria
This opportunity is open exclusively to candidates with a minimum of one year’s work experience residing in Faridabad, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Gurgaon, Greater Noida, or Noida.
