Role Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for incoming service requests.
Manage and record calls, logging all requests accurately.
Schedule and dispatch security personnel via phone communication.
Maintain thorough documentation of all call details.
Provide ongoing support to both guards and clients.
Complete administrative tasks as required.
Escalate issues or concerns to managers via email promptly.
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors, operations, or account management.

Candidate Requirements

Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Possess a Canadian high school diploma or equivalent certification.
Hold a clear criminal record alongside a valid security license.
Demonstrate typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
Be fluently bilingual in French and English for speaking; advanced written English skills are mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 suite.
Strong communication skills, particularly in effectively managing calls.
