Scrum Master

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a Haystack partner for a Scrum Master to support several proficient software development teams. This role involves fostering agile principles, enhancing processes to boost delivery quality and efficiency, encouraging team autonomy, and managing change through early conflict detection and collaboration strengthening.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor multiple skilled software development teams in agile practices.
• Ensure continuous application and evolution of agile principles.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows to significantly enhance delivery efficacy and quality.
• Encourage self-organization within teams and maintain a challenging agile environment.
• Identify potential conflicts early and facilitate smooth change management processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in complex enterprise or regulated contexts.
• University degree with strong academic results, preferably in computer science, business informatics, or a related MINT field.
• Relevant Scrum certifications such as PSM or CSM are considered significant advantages.
• Strong practical knowledge of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or comparable frameworks.
• Proficiency in collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalents.
• Fluent German language skills and good command of English, capable of clear and precise communication of complex topics.
