Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with over six years of experience to manage and sustain high-availability production environments based in Bangalore.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain production systems ensuring high availability.
- Utilize observability tools to monitor application and infrastructure health.
- Automate routine operational tasks, software deployments, and infrastructure setup.
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents and outages effectively.
- Create and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Enhance system reliability, scalability, security, and performance.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement measures to avoid repeated issues.
- Work collaboratively with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Establish and monitor Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Objectives (SLOs), and Agreements (SLAs).
- Participate actively in on-call rotations and incident management.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure to reduce costs and maximize resource utilization.
