Role Overview
As a Scooter Mechanic, you will be responsible for promptly diagnosing and repairing any faults in our e-scooter fleet, ensuring safety and reliability for every ride. You will conduct detailed inspections and safety tests to guarantee vehicles meet rigorous roadworthiness standards, supporting an exceptional transportation experience.
Main Duties
- Perform comprehensive repairs and routine inspections to uphold e-scooter quality.
- Detect and troubleshoot faults in various scooter components.
- Conduct pre-use safety assessments before deploying scooters to customers.
- Prepare new scooters for service by unpacking, quality checks, equipping, ensuring safety, and resolving issues.
- Support warehouse tasks such as managing inventory, batteries, shipments, and maintaining cleanliness.
Candidate Profile
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship.
- Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Demonstrate initiative and accountability in handling tasks hands-on.
- Experienced in repairing mechanical equipment, especially in automotive or electronic repairs.
- Possess solid English communication skills and familiarity with smartphone technology.
- Forklift license is advantageous but not essential.
