About the Role

Shamyaan Enterprise Private Limited is seeking a proficient Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales expansion and daily management of laundry stores. This position demands a candidate with notable experience in B2C sales, team leadership, and operational supervision to drive revenue growth, elevate customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless store functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales and revenue goals consistently.
• Attract new customers via field sales initiatives, local promotions, and partnerships with corporate entities and residential societies.
• Manage daily store activities ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
• Inspire and guide store staff towards achieving organizational targets.
• Deliver superior customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
• Track sales metrics, compile performance reports, and spot opportunities for business expansion.
• Collaborate with operations and delivery teams for timely and effective order fulfillment.
• Maintain standard operating procedures, uphold service standards, and optimize operational workflows.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess between 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, B2C environments, or service industries.
• Exhibit strong capabilities in sales, leadership, and interpersonal communication.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and ability to prepare reports.
• Must own a bike with a valid driving license for work purposes.
