Safety Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Supervisor with a deep commitment to maintaining workplace health and safety standards. The role involves supporting on-site safety procedures, monitoring compliance, and promoting a culture of safety throughout the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Officer in ensuring adherence to health, safety, and welfare regulations.
• Observe workforce behaviour to foster a robust safety culture.
• Maintain accurate daily safety records and conduct inspections.
• Distribute safe work procedures and method statements to appropriate personnel.
• Manage the availability and replenishment of safety equipment.
• Support safety awareness campaigns, signage, competitions, and other initiatives.
• Help organize and deliver inductions, safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and task briefings.
• Monitor hazardous substances that are used, stored, or handled onsite.
• Carry out noise assessments and monitor site noise levels regularly.
• Enhance investigation processes and reporting related to accidents and incidents.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and report results to the Safety Officer or HSE Manager.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the safety domain.
• Mandatory possession of a NEBOSH Certificate.
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and training capabilities.

Additional Information

This position is located in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and requires full-time onsite presence.
