Role Overview

A leading healthcare organisation is hiring a QA Automation Lead for a brand-new permanent position. The role sits in a city-centre office setting and follows a hybrid pattern of 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Shape, drive, and integrate an organisation-wide quality approach across all digital products and platforms.
Serve as a senior quality assurance collaborator for Digital Leads working across different business areas.
Own the creation and rollout of automation frameworks and testing strategies spanning the frontend, backend, APIs, and integration points.

Requirements

Hands-on background in test automation.
Prior experience in a leadership capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Annual salary of €60,000 plus benefits.
