Role Overview
A leading healthcare organisation is hiring a QA Automation Lead for a brand-new permanent position. The role sits in a city-centre office setting and follows a hybrid pattern of 3 days onsite and 2 days working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape, drive, and integrate an organisation-wide quality approach across all digital products and platforms.
- Serve as a senior quality assurance collaborator for Digital Leads working across different business areas.
- Own the creation and rollout of automation frameworks and testing strategies spanning the frontend, backend, APIs, and integration points.
Requirements
- Hands-on background in test automation.
- Prior experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
