Overview
This position, located in Pensacola, FL, is a multiyear contract opportunity with a hybrid work schedule requiring onsite presence three days a week and two days remote. The Program Coordinator/Program Management Support Analyst role supports Executive Leadership Development initiatives by managing operational and administrative tasks. The role is mainly focused on program execution, coordination, and organizational support rather than strategy or instructional design.
Key Duties
- Manage program logistics including scheduling, communications, and follow-up activities.
- Organize and maintain program documentation such as trackers, playbooks, templates, and reports.
- Assist with preparation of materials, presentations, and participant communications.
- Track tasks, milestones, deliverables, risks, and action items to ensure timely program execution.
- Collect, organize, and synthesize data related to program participation, feedback, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal partners and team members to meet program requirements.
- Provide essential support behind the scenes to maintain smooth operation of leadership development programs.
Necessary Experience and Skills
- 3-5 years of experience supporting program management, project coordination, leadership development, learning and development, or related business functions.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and capability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently, ask questions when needed, and manage workflow with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Co-Pilot.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting executive leadership, talent development, coaching, or learning programs.
- Experience in creating or maintaining program-related documentation such as playbooks, trackers, SharePoint sites, templates, and communications.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, workshops, learning sessions, and in-person events.
- Ability to synthesize data from surveys, notes, and stakeholder input into concise summaries.
