Responsibilities

• Devise innovative staffing strategies to attract a qualified applicant pool for present and upcoming roles.
• Develop and implement situational and behavioral interview questions tailored to various positions.
• Conduct interviews spanning positions in energy, engineering, manufacturing, and light industrial fields.
• Foster strong collaborative relationships with Business Account Managers to ensure effective candidate placements.
• Analyze industry trends and role requirements to source appropriate candidates.
• Maintain comprehensive records in the candidate database, tracking statuses, job openings, and client communications.
• Stay updated on relevant federal and state employment laws that impact recruitment and hiring.
• Utilize AI technologies and platforms to enhance sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation processes.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment expertise within the staffing industry, with a minimum of 3 years as a recruiter in agencies focused on energy, engineering, manufacturing, or light industrial sectors.
• Proficiency using candidate sourcing platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and professional networks.
• Comfortable with computer applications including MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems, notably Bullhorn.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but equivalent professional experience is accepted.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Adeptness at handling multiple tasks and prioritizing workload efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with candidates and colleagues.
