Your duties will be varied and practical, focusing heavily on coordination, organization, and follow-through.

  • Maintain and enhance templates, trackers, and tools, including SharePoint and internal systems.
  • Coordinate both regular and ad-hoc reporting, monitor inputs, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure data correctness and timely delivery.
  • Support assurance, risk assessment, and audit initiatives, including compliance monitoring and random checks.
  • Manage coordination of responses to Official Information Act requests, Parliamentary questions, and Select Committee inquiries.
  • Facilitate team engagement initiatives such as surveys, workshops, and summarizing feedback.

Remuneration & Benefits

This full-time permanent position is located in Wellington. Salary ranges between NZD 67,442 and NZD 82,430 depending on experience. ACC provides a comprehensive benefits package, including a 9% employer superannuation contribution with no mandatory employee contribution, and optional life and income protection insurance plans.

  • Experience within commercial, corporate, procurement, or governance contexts.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Analytical thinker with problem-solving aptitude and continuous improvement focus.

  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in report preparation and audit documentation.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, collaborative mindset, and responsibility-oriented approach.
