Role overview

CPG Corporation is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to building services projects in Dubai. The role covers the full workflow from early concept development through detailed design, including tender preparation and authority submissions.

What you will do

• Take part in planning and designing mechanical engineering works for building services from the concept stage through detailed design, tender documentation, and submissions to authorities.
• Carry out feasibility reviews, technical evaluations, and work programme preparation for mechanical systems.
• Develop tender packages, design drawings, and technical specifications, and also oversee construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities for mechanical works.
• Work closely with colleagues from other disciplines during feasibility studies and design to help deliver strong service outcomes for clients.
• Handle other related duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Working knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, Autodesk software, or similar applications is expected.
• The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal abilities and be comfortable working as part of a team while remaining self-motivated.
