Project Manager

Role overview

CPG Corporation is seeking a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate multiple project stakeholders. The role involves steering consultants, contractors, and the developer through the project lifecycle while keeping progress, cost, documentation, and safety on track.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the project team, including consultants, contractors, and the developer, in routine on-site activities.
• Run project briefings and launch meetings to align all parties at the outset.
• Compile and submit periodic progress updates.
• Review the master schedule and track actual work progress against plan.
• Estimate costs and oversee progress claims, interim certificates, and payment responses.
• Spot possible or existing delays and implement preventive or corrective measures.
• Track submissions and approvals from the relevant authorities.
• Support documentation work and advise clients on contract award recommendations.
• Review the safety management system and perform regular safety checks on site.
• Carry out feasibility studies and provide recommendations on development concept, preliminary programme, and budget.

Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in the built environment sector.
• Strong understanding of project management processes across all project stages.
• Competence in MS Project and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good judgement and strong problem-solving capability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and perform well under pressure.

This is a contract role based onsite in Woodlands, North Region, Singapore.
