Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, resourceful, and highly organized Marketing Specialist to contribute to our social media management, content production, influencer and affiliate outreach, paid advertising initiatives, and e-commerce growth efforts. This position will involve managing Serika’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X, developing and repurposing visual and short-form video content, coordinating partnerships with creators, and supporting campaigns on platforms like Awin, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
- Create, edit, and repurpose visual assets and short-form video content for marketing use.
- Coordinate collaborations with content creators and influencers.
- Support paid advertising campaigns via Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate networks like Awin.
- Assist in SEO initiatives and ecommerce marketing strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing or creating social media content for brands, organizations, or projects.
- Basic graphic design and visual editing skills, with familiarity using tools such as Canva.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X platforms.
- Some video editing experience; Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with social media campaigns preferred, particularly for other brands.
- Familiarity with paid ads, SEO, Shopify, email marketing, influencer and affiliate marketing is advantageous.
- Skills in using affiliate marketing platforms like Awin are a plus but not required.
- Excellent written communication, research capabilities, and organizational skills.
- Ability to professionally reach out and maintain communication with influencers and partners.
- Creative, detail-conscious, and skilled at identifying relevant marketing content and opportunities.
- Self-starter capable of managing multiple tasks and reporting progress effectively.
- Comfortable working within the intimate and sexual wellness industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is beneficial but not mandatory.
