Key Responsibilities

• Clearly articulate details of company products and services to clients.
• Assess customer requirements to suggest fitting solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into confirmed sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with interested clients until the final sale is achieved.
• Handle customer objections professionally and find effective responses.
• Keep precise records of customer interactions and calls within the CRM system.
• Meet and aim to surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding of customers.
• Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
• Address customer queries and deliver after-sales service support when necessary.
• Adhere to established sales procedures and uphold the company's quality standards.

Compensation

Salary ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
