Kitchen Porter

Overview

We are seeking a committed Kitchen Porter to support the efficient functioning of the kitchen at CH&CO on a full-time basis. This role involves working a 37.5-hour week, primarily Monday to Friday during daytime hours.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen area.
• Work efficiently under fast-paced conditions to assist in preparing fresh food items.
• Support chefs by ensuring all kitchen needs are met to facilitate dish preparation.
• Prepare well-balanced drinks and help serve high-quality food that satisfies customers.
• Collaborate enthusiastically as a team member.
• Uphold the brand image of Compass Group UK&I through positive representation.
• Adhere strictly to food handling and hygiene protocols.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
