Role Overview

Gather + Gather is seeking a motivated Barista to join CH&CO on a full-time contract of 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will craft exquisite coffee beverages and provide exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Create expertly blended drinks and serve high-quality food that pleases customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Handle monetary transactions including cash and card payments accurately.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate as a committed team member.
• Ensure an adequate supply of clean mugs and plates.
• Gain knowledge of brewing techniques, beverage blends, and food presentation.
• Verify proper functioning of brewing equipment and report any maintenance issues.
• Uphold the positive brand image of CH&CO through professional conduct.
• Adhere strictly to food hygiene and handling regulations.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Shift Schedule

• Monday to Friday: Full-time day shifts.
