Role Overview

This role involves empowering clients to build confidence, develop job readiness skills, and progress towards meaningful employment, while working closely with a team guided by values of Integrity, Compassion, Determination, and Thriving Together.
The position is based in Batemans Bay with travel required to Narooma.
Responsibilities
- Encourage and coach clients through personalized activities supporting their employment journey.
- Collaborate with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with appropriate job prospects.
- Assist in securing lasting employment outcomes and support clients who may be at risk of job loss.
- Work with internal and external partners to connect clients to relevant resources and programs.
- Maintain precise records and ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- No prior experience in Employment Services is necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
- Genuine interest in helping individuals overcome barriers.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to stay organized and work in a structured, goal-oriented environment.
- Possession of a current driver's license.
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
