Job Summary and Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, professional, and friendly maintenance services.
• Perform minor and routine upkeep tasks including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure they meet operational standards.
• Prioritize tasks by reviewing job orders effectively.
• Schedule and execute repairs, maintenance, and installation of machinery and tools to support continuous operations and satisfaction of guests and owners.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs according to plans.
• Maintain pool and spa areas.
• Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards, including all safety regulations.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes for equipment such as Master cards, keys, mobile devices, vacuum machines, and ladders.
• Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms as per scheduled plans and attend to guest room and apartment maintenance requests promptly.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations like fire alarms, flooding, and gas alarms.
• Report any hazards or improper use of equipment and energy waste.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of plant rooms and conduct regular inspections of chiller yards, sump pumps, booster heaters/pumps, PRV checks, ice machine filters, generators, and energy consumption monitoring.
• Ensure completion of all planned preventive maintenance tasks including Side Kick PPM as scheduled.
• Follow up diligently on all pending maintenance works daily.

Qualifications and Skills

• Highly responsible, reliable, and dependable individual.
• Experience in painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and related maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of pool and spa maintenance is an advantage.
• Ability to work well within a team with minimal supervision.
• Strong active listening and customer service skills.
• Proactive self-starter with decision-making ability in fast-moving environments.
• Physical stamina to stand and walk continuously throughout shifts.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Additional Information

Fluency in languages beyond English is considered a plus.
