About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join a clinic based in Riyadh on a full-time, on-site basis. This leadership position encompasses the comprehensive management of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance oversight, and policy enforcement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and coordinate selection and recruitment processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development regulations across all HR activities.
- Maintain accurate and thorough HR documentation, employee records, and support HR-related reporting and analytics.
- Lead HR initiatives aimed at boosting employee engagement and support ongoing training and development programs.
- Establish and enforce internal HR policies and maintain the employee handbook to guide organizational practices.
- Administer Saudization efforts, payroll adherence, Wage Protection System compliance, leave and benefits management, and lawful handling of disciplinary processes and terminations.
- Oversee recruitment in line with national labor regulations, including expatriate employment protocols.
- Manage grievance procedures and foster positive employee relations while ensuring occupational health and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR roles within Saudi Arabia, with practical knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Ministry regulations.
- Proven expertise in handling HR compliance matters such as employment contracts, Saudization (Nitaqat program), payroll processing, Wage Protection System, employee documentation (including Qiwa and GOSI systems), and disciplinary actions.
- Strong understanding of local employment laws concerning expatriate workers.
