Role Summary

The housekeeping attendant will be responsible for keeping guest rooms and public spaces clean, organized, and welcoming. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and committed to maintaining a consistently high standard of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Duties

Provide courteous, professional, and engaging service to guests and colleagues at all times.
Clean and service assigned rooms and shared areas by dusting, making beds, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and washing interior windows.
Remove used linen from rooms and collect fresh linen from the approved storage area.
Restock rooms with amenities and supplies in line with department standards.
Issue and return master keys each day and ensure all equipment is properly accounted for.
Record completed rooms accurately in the designated system.
Collect, label, and submit lost property items according to the lost-and-found procedure.
Escalate repair needs and safety-related issues to the supervisor without delay.
Comply with all department rules, work procedures, and service expectations.
Follow hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements at all times.
Work cooperatively with team members and support others when needed.
Use and store cleaning materials and equipment correctly.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be able to understand basic English and follow instructions clearly. Strong people skills, a polite manner, and a customer-first attitude are important.
