Responsibilities

Conduct daily cleaning duties including resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and office spaces
Ensure all cleaned areas meet safety and sanitation protocols as per established guidelines
Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and alert supervisors to any safety or maintenance concerns
Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment
Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors by providing excellent customer service
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior housekeeping experience is desirable but not mandatory
Demonstrate positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended durations
Capability to perform repetitive tasks reliably and safely around cleaning agents
Ability to follow both oral and written instructions consistently
Residency within the designated service area is mandatory
