Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning duties including resident rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, and office spaces
• Ensure all cleaned areas meet safety and sanitation protocols as per established guidelines
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and alert supervisors to any safety or maintenance concerns
• Adhere to infection control and universal precaution policies to maintain a sanitary environment
• Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors by providing excellent customer service
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior housekeeping experience is desirable but not mandatory
• Demonstrate positive demeanor and communicate effectively with building occupants, management, and HCSG leadership
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, and to stand, walk, bend, and sit for extended durations
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks reliably and safely around cleaning agents
• Ability to follow both oral and written instructions consistently
• Residency within the designated service area is mandatory
