Full-Stack Developer (Remote)

Position Summary

We are recruiting a Full-Stack Developer skilled in JavaScript and TypeScript for a fully remote full-time position. The role centers on designing, building, and maintaining high-quality, efficient code specifically to train and optimize artificial intelligence models.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and sustain clear, maintainable code to facilitate AI model training and optimization.
• Perform assessments to benchmark AI model outcomes and analyze these results, aiming for ongoing enhancement.
• Review and rank AI-generated responses to a wide array of user queries to ensure they meet established performance standards.
• Author detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation outcomes, demonstrating strong analytical and technical capabilities.
• Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives by developing and managing specialized, quality datasets tailored to specific tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js as the backend environment.
• Familiarity with the Nest.js framework, recognized as an advanced Node.js framework.
• Experience using front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Capability to produce code that is both reusable and maintainable.
