Primary Responsibilities

• Create and sustain modern, responsive web apps emphasizing superior user experience on the front-end.
• Develop reusable, scalable UI components of exceptional quality.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional, engaging web interfaces.
• Design, build, test, and maintain backend APIs and associated services.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and backend engineers for feature planning and execution.
• Enhance app performance, scalability, and usability.
• Produce clear, maintainable, and well-commented codebases.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues spanning front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate actively in code reviews and promote best engineering practices.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and industry trends.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Front-End: Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proven capability in responsive and mobile-friendly web application development.
• Understanding of state management tools such as Redux, Context API, or NgRx.
• Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or equivalents.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility challenges, performance tuning, and accessibility standards.
• Back-End: Skilled in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Understanding of security principles including authentication and authorization for APIs.
• Development Practices: Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment methods.
